Purpose: To transform the No DigiFear pilot into a fully transferable, open-source methodology for digital empowerment of women over 40 across Europe.
Core Deliverable: Deliverable D.2.7.1 (Digital Handbook) – Combines a step-by-step replication guide, modular architecture, cross-cycle evolution, and 4 real-world participant case studies from Sweden and Latvia.
Supporting Operational Assets:

Programme Management & Closure Methodology: Establishes the full 16-month operational lifecycle, 5-person team roles, parallel workstreams (Feb–March overlap), and compliance timeline.
Beginner's Guide & Welcome Packet: The complete participant orientation manual detailing graduation criteria, tools, and learning milestones.
Lean Tool Stack Annex: Technical ecosystem specification (Zoom, Vimeo, Notion, Canva, Google Forms, WhatsApp) designed for smooth EU replication.
